PET GUIDELINES FOR CORNUBIA MALL:

GENERAL

• Pets are welcome in common areas of the mall.
• Pets must always be accompanied and supervised by their owner.
• All pets must be on a leash or in a secure carrier at all times.
• Owners are responsible for their pet’s behaviour and safety.
• Please be mindful of other shoppers, especially children.

STORE ACCESS

• Not all stores permit pets.
• Each retailer has its own pet policy — please check with store staff before entering.

HYGIENE & CARE

• Owners must clean up after their pets immediately.
• Hydration stations are available for your pets’ convenience.

RESTRICTIONS

• No aggressive pets or excessive barking.
• Unvaccinated pets are not permitted.
• Pets are not allowed in food outlets, grocery stores, or food preparation areas.
• Pets are not permitted on furniture or in shopping trolleys.
• Do not leave pets unattended or tied to railings.

The mall reserves the right to refuse entry to any pet/s at its discretion.
